^First-Place will provide an electronic building contract on the same day as approved paperwork is submitted to the office from a new home advisor provided it is completed by 1pm. 
If not submitted by 1pm the contract will be issued within 24hrs. Sales paperwork must be completed by the new home consultant and signed by the client and with a full initial deposit 
of $2,000. The client is obliged to provide all required information in a timely manner including an executed land contract, mortgage pre-approval and accurate personal details. 
No structural changes will be permitted on floorplans and customers must select options and upgrades from First Place pre-determined packs.
