The $2,000 fee is a temporary hold on the configured home and it’s current base price. Price excludes site works costs and additional items that may be required for developer and building approvals. You will have a chance to review a final quote once a new home advisor has been in touch. Photographs may depict fixtures, finishes and features not supplied by First Place Building Company these items include landscaping, pathway and driveway - including planter boxes, retaining walls, water features, pergolas, screens and decorative landscaping items such as fencing and outdoor kitchens and barbeques. We also do not supply swimming pools, pool decks and fences. Accordingly any prices on this website do not include the supply of any of those items. First Place Building Company reserves the right to alter the images or descriptions without notice. All homes are subject to developer approval. Customers must provide accurate information when completing the online sales tool. First-Place Building Company reserves the right to reject a customer contract request should customer obligations not be met including, but not limited to, personal and land details, inability to fix site costs and requests to build outside nominated build region. Additional costs may be incurred for site works, developer requirements and building permit approvals. Customers will have a chance to review a final quote once a new home advisor has reviewed the selection.  First Place reserves the right to alter, amend or edit pricing in the event of technical errors on the website. In the event of a rejected contract request the customer will be reimbursed the $2000.00 initial fee minus credit card or PayPal fees. Refunds in the event of a cancellation will incur standard Paypal fees. House and Land packages are not finalised until the land is secured with a developers deposit and the contract of sale is signed. In the event a block of land is no longer available, First-Place will attempt to replace the block with a like allotment at the same price in the same estate. If this cannot be achieved the $2000 initial fee will be reimbursed.
